Naomi grew up in the Hunter and has spent the past 20 years living across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, giving her a deep connection to the local community and an excellent understanding of the Newcastle and Hunter property landscape. With an extensive background in customer service and time spent as a real estate sales agent, Naomi discovered her passion for helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

Originally from the eastern side of Lake Macquarie, Tersha grew up on acreage and found her passion for the outdoors, spending lots of time working with and caring for animals — and, most importantly, the land. Starting her professional career in education, Tersha has worked service roles with Life Education (Healthy Harold), various community support groups, and even spent over a decade as an in-school service teacher. She discovered her passion for the real estate buying process through her own challenges navigating the industry, and identified the need for a clear, supported process that only a buyer’s agent could provide.
